HARCut Video: A Coding Agent Edits, a Person Signs Off
A one-minute look at HARCut: a coding agent writes each of an episode's five stages, Concept, Outline, Paper edit, Cut and Publish, a person approves or sends back each one, and the cut lands in DaVinci Resolve as its own timeline.
Transcript
Making an episode is a string of judgment calls, with hours of work in between. HARCut takes it through five stages: concept, outline, paper edit, cut and publish. At each one, a coding agent writes the stage, and its work streams into the chat. Then a person reads it, and approves it, or sends it back with a note. Nothing moves on without that sign-off. The approved cut lands in DaVinci Resolve as its own timeline, ready to finish. HARCut. The agent does the work; you make the calls.
