Vibe Code Audit: Security and Code Review for Apps Built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor and Replit

Find out whether the app you built with AI is safe to put in front of customers, for a fixed $2,500

What is a Vibe Code Audit?

A Vibe Code Audit is a fixed-price security and code review, for $2,500, of an app a founder built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or Replit. A senior developer reads the code and the database rules, finds the exposed keys, the gaps in authentication and the data any visitor can read, and delivers a written report with a ranked list of fixes within five business days of receiving access to the repository.

It is for founders who got a working app out of an AI tool quickly and now need to know, before real customers and real data arrive, whether it is safe and whether the code will hold up as it grows.

What the audit covers

1. Security first

Exposed keys and secrets in the code, the browser bundle and the repository history. Authentication: who can sign in, how sessions are checked, and which pages and API routes skip the check. Database access rules, such as Supabase Row Level Security (RLS): which tables any signed-in user, or any visitor at all, can read or change.

2. Code structure and maintainability

How the code is organised, where the AI tool repeated itself or left dead ends, what will break the next time a feature is added, and whether another developer could pick it up.

3. A ranked list of fixes

Every finding in one list, ranked by how much harm it can do and how much it costs to fix, with what to change, so you or your developer know what to do first.

Is it a fit?

A good fit

  • An app built mostly with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Replit or a similar AI tool
  • About to take sign-ups, payments or personal data, or already doing so
  • A founder who can share read access to the repository and the database settings
  • Raising money or handing the app to a developer, and wanting an outside opinion first

Not a fit

  • An app that is still an idea or a mock-up with no code to read
  • A review of infrastructure, hosting, performance or deployment: this audit covers security and code only
  • A large system built by an established team, which the Software Project Audit suits better
  • A formal penetration test or compliance certification

Questions about the Vibe Code Audit

How much does a Vibe Code Audit cost?

$2,500, fixed. The price does not change with the number of findings, and the report is yours to keep and share with any developer.

How long does a Vibe Code Audit take?

The report arrives within five business days of receiving access to the repository.

Which AI coding tools does the audit cover?

Apps built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor and Replit, and with similar tools. The audit reads the code the tool produced, so what matters is that there is a repository to read.

Is my Supabase database safe if Row Level Security is turned on?

Not necessarily. RLS being on only means the rules are checked; the rules themselves can still let any signed-in user read every row, or let anyone write to a table. The audit reads each policy and says which tables are exposed and to whom.

Does the audit fix the problems it finds?

No. It delivers a ranked list of fixes that you or your developer can work through. If you want help making the fixes, that is quoted separately after the audit.

Does the audit review hosting, performance or deployment?

No. The Vibe Code Audit covers security and code only. Infrastructure, hosting, performance and deployment are out of scope.
